Café Amisha has opened its door in late 2009 under Francesco and Leonardo’s management who have been working together since 2007 and they had been running restaurants and bars in some of the best London hotels.
Being both from south of Italy (Puglia and Sardinia), the birthplace of Mediterranean perfumes, flavours and traditional south Italian cuisine culture, Francesco and Leonardo have been always passionate and incredibly interested in food and drinks. Since the beginning of their cooperation they always dreamt of opening their own place that they finally managed fulfill this dream at the end of 2009.
Café Amisha is located on Grange Road SE1, very close to the sparkling and lively Bermondsey Street and within walking distance to Tower Bridge and London Bridge – famous touristic attractions in London.
From day one, the emphasis has been on quality and freshness and the restaurant uses only high quality fresh products sourced locally – fish and meat is delivered daily from local London markets and bread and cakes are baked in the restaurant.
All dishes are freshly prepared and cooked to order and served by friendly staff who will work hard to make your dining experience as enjoyable and memorable as possible. On a sunny day guests of Amisha can enjoy their food and drinks in the outside terrace (opened in April 2013) with a view of famous Banksy's street graffiti.
With its simple and inspired cooking and exceptional customer service Amisha offers unique dining experience in Bermondsey area and with the highest quality fresh ingredients creates the genuine and authentic Italian ‘Mamma style’ food.
